Helen Grech
Professor Helen Grech is the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences and Head of the Department of Communication Therapy at the University of Malta. She is a registered audiologist and speech-language pathologist. Her research interests are related to speech acquisition and disorders in multilingual populations. Helen Grech has been involved in a number of cross-linguistic research projects and COST Actions. She was awarded a Marie Curie Intra-European Research Fellowship by the European Commission, an Individual Mobility Grant and received funding from the EU to co-ordinate a 4-year FP6 project. She has also received several local research grants.
